OUR CASES

Since commencing operations, the Innocence Initiative has reviewed more than 200 applications alleging wrongful conviction. Several of these have entered the public spotlight through media coverage, legal developments, or advocacy efforts. These cases reflect the complex and often challenging work involved in investigating potential miscarriages of justice and underscore the importance of ensuring that wrongful convictions can be identified and corrected.
